Return policy
We accept returns in the original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
If you decide to change your mind and are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you must inform us via email at hello@toybox.shop within 14 days of receiving your order.
Be sure to include your full name, order number, and details of the items you'd like to return. Returns requested after the 14-day window will not be accepted or refunded.
Once your return request is approved, you have 14 days to send the items back to us.
For unused and unassembled items, we will refund 100% of the item value, excluding any applicable customs fees. If the items have been used, we may deduct an amount to account for any depreciation in value. Opening the box to check color, model, or size will not affect your eligibility for a full refund.
For items that have been assembled or used, with tags removed, we will refund up to 70% of the original price, excluding customs fees.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We do not accept returns for ordered products with customized designs (e.g. personalization).
Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving the returned items at our warehouse and will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, bank account, or PayPal).
Please note that return shipping costs and any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer, and items must be sent directly to our warehouse—not to a drop-off or collection point.

The items remain the customer’s responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure they are securely packed to avoid any damage during transit. Use the original packaging and be sure to keep receipts and tracking numbers as proof of return.
What if my product is damaged or defective?
If you received a damaged or defective item, please inform us via email at hello@toybox.shop within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your full name, order number, and a few photos or a video showing the problem. Depending on the nature of the defect or damage, we will either send replacement parts or provide a full replacement item.
To receive a full refund for a defective item without opting for a replacement or part replacement, all parts of the item must be returned to our warehouse. Once the item is received, we will issue a full refund.
ToyBox products purchased elsewhere
We are unable to accept returns for products purchased from other vendors. Please contact the store where you purchased your ToyBox item(s) and follow their return policy. This applies to items purchased through any of our partners or third-party retailers.
